M.A.Vahid MLA,
Jayachandran (Advocate clerk) and Sadananthan (Peoples representative) were the
sathyagrahis on the 48th day of the agitation for the establishment
of permanent bench of the high court at state capital. Many residents associations
today actively expressed their solidarity to the sathyagraha.M.A.Vahid joined
the sathyagraha with a procession accompanied by thousands of supporters. The
sathyagraha was inaugurated by Sri Surendran pillai MLA.On that occasion
Sudeeran (Ex.MP), P.C.George (MLA), Bhargavi Thankappan (Ex Deputy Speaker),
A.K.Thankappan (Pathra pravarthaka samithi) and many prominent personalities
from all walks of life visited the sathyagrahis and assured their support.
The bar association
president and Samyuktha samara samithi President Adv.C.K.Sitharam while
delivering the speech, reiterated the need to strengthen the agitation by invite
and involve maximum number of people belong to all walks of life by educating
them for the need of the establishment of a permanent bench of high court of
kerala at Thiruvananthapuram.An album titled ‘Samarageetham’ was also released on
that occasion.
