April 1st 2008 marks the 50th Anniversary of the first Resolution passed by the Kerala Legislative Assembly demanding to establish a permanent Bench of the High Court of Kerala in the State Capital.
The Spirit of the Resolution and the will of the people remains uncherished till date!

Union Law Minister says: It is the Cheif Justice of Kerala who has to give consent to establish the Bench, is the Chief justice to be blamed?!!!!
Ruling Party Says: It is the Union Ministry to act upon and to establish the Bench, Is the Union Ministry to be Blamed?!!!!!
Opposition leaders in the state who are the Supporters of the Union Mininstry says: It is the State Government to act upon and establish the Bench.
We are afraied!!!!!
All the Leaders and Authorities are ignorant?!!!! OR they are acting ignorance?!!!!!!
